CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time for all guests is 15.00hrs (3 pm) local time and check-out time is 12.00hrs (12 noon) local time. For guaranteed earlier access to guest rooms, 100% of the contracted rate will be charged for the night prior, subject to availability. Late check-out until 18.00hrs (6 pm) will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate and 100% charges for late check-out after 18.00hrs (6 pm) onwards, subject to availability.

CHILD AND EXTRA GUEST SHARING POLICY

Infants 0-3.99 years of age inclusive, stay in existing bedding and dine when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis. Baby cot is complimentary and subject to availability at the time of request.

Children 4-11.99 years of age inclusive, stay in existing bedding and dine when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis.

No check out on 31st December 2023.
Compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement applicable on 31st December 2023.

ZALA, All Day Dining, Half Board

Only applicable for dinner and includes food, water, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be at an additional cost.
Applicable to all guests and the entire duration of the stay.
No credit will be given if the meal plan is not consumed.
Not applicable for special events and the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner.

ZALA, All Day Dining, Full Board

Applicable for lunch and dinner during the Low season, and includes food, water, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be at an additional cost.
Applicable to all guests and the entire duration of the stay.
No credit will be given if the meal plan is not consumed.
Not applicable for special events.

AL HADHEERAH, Dinner & Show, Half Board

Only applicable for dinner and includes food, water, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be at an additional cost.
Applicable to all guests and the entire duration of the stay.
Pre-booking is required.
No credit will be given if the meal plan is not consumed.

A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per occupied bedroom per night and will be collected from the guest directly upon check out. Tourism Dirham fee is not included in the rate.
Room Service breakfast will be charged separately.
King or Twin-Bedded rooms are subject to availability and need to be specified at the time of booking

GUEST ACTIVITIES

All guests staying at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort receive a complimentary camel ride and falcon display at sunset.
The Kids Club and Fitness Centre are available to all guests throughout their stay at no additional cost.
Spa and Hammam are open to guests who are 16 years old and above. Pool access and sauna are complimentary. Spa treatments are available at an additional cost and reservations are required to ensure the availability of desired treatments.
